Eatery Review: Horace & Sylvia's

A new favorite, found in Babylon, sports excellent food and good libations. Franziskaner is on tap. Biscuits are served in place of bread. They are tender and flakey, requiring no butter. I had the crab cake on brioche. It was among the best I have had all summer (alongside Gossman's Dock and Fulton's Crab House). I have never before had crab cake in a sandwich format, and I was pleasantly surprised. The french fries are a thin straw variety, and coleslaw was also served. It is one of the fancier pubs I have visited.
