Rusted Submarine Themed Home Theater

I always wanted to theme part of my house as a submarine* (the basement seems the logical choice due to the lack of windows). This NZ businessman and his friend (special effects guy Dean Johnstone) have built this awesome home theater themed as a submarine that has run aground on a tropical island.
