Broken Printer Update

The cleaning kit from fixyourownprinter.com arrived today. It consisted of a bottle of cleaning solution (billed as the same stuff used by Epson techs), a syringe (complete in sterile package) and a small (1 inch) bit of tube (the kind you find at pet stores for fish tank air lines). There were also directions. Which I sort-of followed. I'm sure that a fair amount of cleaning solution went where, maybe, it shouldn't have. I'm not super confident that this printer will ever print anything recognizable again. On the bright side, I didn't get any ink on me or my clothes.
